Refund policy

Returns

For eligible items, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please read the exceptions below before ordering. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@pratimaartscrafts.com. The approved return address and shipping instructions will be provided after your request has been accepted. Please contact us before sending any item back.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Custom products, including special orders and personalized items, cannot be returned. Items purchased at a sale or promotional price, including our 50% OFF promotion, and gift cards are non-returnable for a change of mind. This restriction does not prevent you from contacting us about an item that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, and does not override the European Union provision below or any applicable mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request an eligible return and, once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
